PURPOSE: A variable attenuator is provided to stabilize an initial state by installing a compensation circuit between a power supply portion and a signal attenuator portion. CONSTITUTION: A power supply portion(110) is used for applying a supply voltage to a signal attenuator(120). The power supply portion(110) is formed with a plurality of capacitors(C1,C2), and a resistance(R1). The signal attenuator(120) is arranged between an input terminal and an output terminal. The signal attenuator(120) is formed with a plurality of capacitors(C3,C4,C5), a plurality of inductances(L1,L2), and a plurality pin diodes(D1,D2). A compensation circuit(250) is connected with the power supply portion(110) and the signal attenuator(120). The compensation circuit(250) is formed with the capacitor(C6), a resistance(R2), and a diode(D3). A variable attenuator is formed with a variable attenuator circuit(130) including the power supply portion(110) and the signal attenuator(120) and the compensation circuit(250). |
