PURPOSE: Provided is a process for manufacturing a pre-flexible cast loaded in a form of separating the steel cast into upper and lower parts to divide two parts without requiring high cost equipments and/or materials, as well as without a large hydraulic jack and rectangular frame. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises several steps of preparing upper and lower steel cast parts(1) opposite to each other and jointing both parts with a coupling bolt(4); equipping a loading bar(2) between both cast parts at a desirable pre-flexible loading position; installing a hydraulic jack(3) between both of the cast parts beside the loading bar and applying the pre-flexible load in a manner of separating the entire cast; and covering top flange of the upper cast part and bottom flange of the lower cast part with concrete. The loading bar is positioned at both points of L/5 from both ends of the cast parts.
