PURPOSE: A structure of air vent for vehicle is provided to keep smooth operation and to reduce cost for developing a metal mold. CONSTITUTION: Fixing ends(5a) and protrusive ends(5b) are formed on a horizontal link(5). The fixing ends protrude to be semicircular and have holes formed for a supportive axis(4b') of a horizontal wing(4) to be inserted and fixed to. The protrusive ends vertically protrude between the fixing ends to contact with a side surface of an opening part(1a) of a louver. A gap between the louver and the horizontal link is removed to compensate frictional force due to abrasion of the horizontal link. Allowable error for assembly, between the louver and the horizontal link and between the horizontal wings, is increased as the horizontal link contacts with the side surface of the opening part of the louver and keeps fixed gap.
