<p>Apparatus and processes are disclosed for selectively passing fluid through a vessel in an array of vessels. The apparatus use a common feed manifold and exhaust manifold, each having a plurality of headers, each of which contains a valve. By selectively opening and closing valves, fluid flow can be selectively directed to subsets of the array.</p> |
