At a terminal capable of communicating through a network, the ADF storing th e attribute information of data is received to judge it, and, on the basis of the communication system (ordinary/SSL) used at the time of receiving the AD F and the communication system to be used at the time of receiving the JAR storing the entity of the data, whether or not it is of an allowed communication pattern is judged. The JAR is received in the case of the allowed communication pattern, but not in the case of the communication pattern which is not allowed because it endangers the security. In short, th e data are acquired only in the case of the allowed communication pattern.
