摘要 PURPOSE: A method for preparing a nano-sized metal particle-nucleic acid composite, a nano-sized metal particle-nucleic acid composite produced by the method, a method for preparing a nano-sized wire by using the composite, a linear array of a nano-sized metal particle or a nano-sized wire, and a small-scale network or an electronic circuit containing the wire are provided, by the selective metallization of a nucleic acid via metal nanoparticles produced in situ. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of a nano-sized metal particle-nucleic acid composite comprises reacting a nucleic acid-specific metal complex with a nucleic acid to produce a metal complex-nucleic acid conjugate; removing the unconjugated metal complex and/or the unconjugated by-product; and reacting the metal complex-nucleic acid conjugate with a reducing agent. The metal of the nano-sized metal particle is at least one selected from the group consisting of Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Ru, Rh, Pd, Ag, Os, Ir, Pt, Au and their alloys. Preferably the size of the nano-sized metal particle is 3 nm or less.
