PURPOSE: A window having a winding window shade is provided to improve working efficiency in the assembly line of a vehicle, and to simplify assembling process by assembling the windup window shade with the window in advance. CONSTITUTION: A windup window shade(13) has a winding shaft rotating in supporting units(29,31); a window shade web(35) combined with the winding shaft by an edge; a couple of guide rails(19,21) extended at sides of the window shade web with guide grooves; traction rods(37,38) spaced from the winding shaft, connected to the edge of the window shade, and contacted to the guide groove; and a driving mechanism(45) moving traction rods along guide rails and rotating the winding shaft. Assembling process is simplified by assembling the windup window shade with the window in advance.
