PURPOSE: A shock absorber is provided to prevent damping function from dropping caused by noise and to control interference of inner and outer cylinders. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorber comprises an inner cylinder(2) connected to an axle; an outer cylinder(1) containing oil by being engaged with a chassis; a piston rod(3) connected to the chassis; a piston valve(4) mounted on an end portion of the piston rod; an orifice(5) passing oil by being installed on the piston valve; and an extending pipe unit(10) formed on an end portion of the outer cylinder. The outer cylinder is combined with the inner cylinder. Thereby, the shock absorber controls interference between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinders by having the piston rod and the piston valve. Moreover, the shock absorber prevents damping function from dropping caused by noise.
