PURPOSE: A system and method for operating the internet site using pad internet contents search engine are provided for a child, the old, and the handicapped to use easily a variety of the internet contents through the pad search engine. CONSTITUTION: A user turns on the power of a signal input pad(10), user PC(20), and modem(30). The user PC transfers the input signal to ISP(Internet Service Provider)(50) and a contents transfer server(52) of the ISP analyzes the input signal through the pad search engine. The contents transfer server recognizes the access condition of the signal input pad connected to the user PC or contents player. If the device connected to the signal input pad is sound equipment, such as a radio, tape player, and component, the contents transfer server offers the audio contents to the user. Otherwise, the contents transfer server offers the multimedia contents. Also, the contents transfer server checks the use state of the content provided to every member and perceives the learning state of the user. The ISP offers the service pack(12) for the upgrade to the user regularly and selectively.
