PURPOSE: Structure for installing a rear suspension device of a vehicle is provided to improve durability and the feeling of a rear seat by integrally forming a center cross member and an upper arm, forming four-link structure in a rear floor side member, and absorbing vibration via a rear suspension device and a rear floor side member. CONSTITUTION: A rear suspension device(40) is combined to a side panel(38) vertically formed on a floor panel(30). A rear center cross member(34) is combined with a rear floor side member(32). A bent end portion(42) is combined with an upper arm(44) of the rear suspension device. The bent end portion has an upper arm combining portion(52) combined with a portion of the upper arm. The upper arm and a lower arm(46) of a support body(50) support the rear suspension device and absorb the vibration of a vehicle body.
