PURPOSE: A valve assemblage is provided to prevent damage of children by preventing hot water from being discharged despite controlling an actuating lever. CONSTITUTION: A valve assemblage comprises a passage(15) formed on a casing(13); an opening member(21) opening or closing the passage; a movable pin(24) combined to the opening member; a spring(47) inserted to a shaft core of the movable pin; a rotational block(30) moving the movable pin up and down; an actuating lever(35) rotating the rotational block; a first casing(13a) connected to a water supplier; a discharge port discharging water by being mounted on a second casing(13b); displayer(19) indicating color according to temperature of the water mounted on a side portion of the second casing; an injecting nozzle(20) inserted to the discharge port; an O-ring(45) gearing the injecting nozzle into an inner wall of the second casing; and a combing unit(25) integrally moved with the opening unit.
