Disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition for treatment of andropause and related conditions using a combination of an estrogen agonist/antagonist and testosterone. The estrogen agonist/antagonist may be a compound of the formula: wherein A is CH2 or NR; B, D and E are each CH or N; Y is phenyl, naphthyl, cycloalkyl or the like; Z1 is alkylene or the like; G is amino or the like; e is 0, 1 or 2, such as (-)-cis-6-phenyl-5-[4-(2-pyrrolidin-1-ylethoxy)phenyl]- 5,6,7,8-tetrahydronaphthalene-2-ol.
