The composition contains a source of sodium, a source of potassium, a source of calcium and a source of magnesium, comprising sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium compounds which are physiologically acceptable, soluble or dispersible in an aqueous medium and which once dissolved or dispersed in said aqueous medium provide ions of the above-mentioned elements. Said composition is useful in the treatment of diseases of muscular, neuromuscular or bone etiology as well as in the treatment of deficiency states of said elements and in muscular recovery of healthy humans and animals. |
