PURPOSE: A work holder rail is provided to increase an efficiency by improving a structure and an operating method of a position fixing bearing of a lead frame. CONSTITUTION: A position fixing bearing(100) of a lead frame comprises a bearing shaft(104), and a groove width controller(106) freely moving left and right on the bearing shaft(104) so as to change the width of the groove fixed with a chip pad of the lead frame. The groove width controller(106) further includes a fixing screw(108). At this point, the groove width controller(106) is fixed on the bearing shaft(104) by the fixing screw(108) in the width of the groove controlled state. In order to strengthen a frictional force with the lead frame, a substance, such as synthetic resins and a rubber is coated on the groove width controller(106).
