PURPOSE: Provided is a machine for issuing documents automatically, which uses labeling instead of punching for preventing forgery and performs the filing of documents by a down-up method. CONSTITUTION: The machine for issuing documents contains a document treating interlock laid on a laser printer(2), wherein the one side of the document treating interlock is hinge-connected to the one side of the upper part of the laser printer(2). The document-treating interlock contains a guide board inclined upward at 25-30 degree to arrange the front and read of paper, an arranging board(41) for arranging the paper to the right, a filing part(42) for filing the arranged paper from top to bottom, a transfer part for transferring the filed paper, and a labeling part for labeling the top of the paper.
