METHOD AND EQUIPMENT FOR TEST OF HERMETIC TYPE COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE: A method and equipment for test of hermetic type compressor are provided to test under condition almost identical with real loading condition. CONSTITUTION: An equipment(20) comprises a test condition setup part(29); an intake side coupler(21) and a discharge side coupler(23); a pressure generating part(25); a starting test part(31); a pressure increase test part(33); and a control part(35). The test condition setup part sets up test condition including pressure condition to impress pressure to an intake side and a discharge side of a hermetic type compressor(10) identical with pressure after completion of starting under real load. The intake side coupler and the discharge side coupler are coupled to the intake side and the discharge side of the hermetic type compressor to impress initial pressure. The pressure generating part generates pressure to impress initial pressure to the intake side coupler and the discharge side coupler according to pressure condition set up by the test condition setup part. The starting test part detect driving current on starting of the hermetic type compressor to execute starting test. The pressure increase test part detect pressure of the intake side and the discharge side of the hermetic type compressor to determine whether the pressure of the discharge side reaches prescribed pressure within fixed time. The control part controls the test condition setup part, the pressure generating part, the starting test part and the pressure increase part.
