DUST COLLECTOR HAVING AUTOMATIC FILTER CLEANING FUNCTION

PURPOSE: A dust collector having automatic filter cleaning function is provided which improves an operating capacity of the dust collector by automatically performing cleaning operation due to maloperation of a filter and easily replacing a defective filter with a new filter at the same time. CONSTITUTION: In a dust collector(1) into which a filter(10) for collecting contaminant is mounted, and which is connected to a hood of a line so as to collect scale and contaminant generated during manufacturing of a steel sheet, the dust collector(1) having automatic filter cleaning function comprises a dust collecting body(20) which is rotationally installed on a vertical stand(22), and in which a contaminant collection space and a filter cleaning space(24a,24b) are separately formed, wherein the filter is mounted in each of the contaminant collection space and filter cleaning space(24a,24b); a dust collecting line having a dust collecting pipe(42) and an air exhaust pipe(44) which are cohesively arranged at the outer part of the dust collecting body(20) in an upper and down direction of the collection space(24a); and a cleaning line having a filter cleaning air pipe(62) and a contaminant collecting pipe(64) which are cohesively arranged at the outer part of the dust collecting body(20) in an upper and down direction of the cleaning space(24b).
