PURPOSE: A grindstone coupling apparatus is provided to simply and rapidly assemble/disassemble a grindstone to/from a shoe while preventing the grindstone, a honing holder and a workpiece from being damaged. CONSTITUTION: A honing tool(50) is coupled to a grindstone(58). The honing tool(50) includes a cylindrical body(52). A conveying pin(51) having a corn(54) formed with an inclined surface is movably accommodated in the cylindrical body(52) of the honing tool(50). A plurality of shoes(56) are installed at a peripheral portion of the corn(54). The grindstone(58) is mounted on an outer portion of the shoe(56). A thin iron plate(55) is bonded to the grindstone(58), and a magnet(57) is coupled to the shoes(56) while forming a predetermined space therebetween. When the shoes(56) are returned, the grindstone(58) is cooperated.
