PURPOSE: A sub-woofer fixing structure of a vehicle is provided to reduce a working time and enhance workability by fixing easily a sub-woofer at a vehicle body without using a bolt or screw. CONSTITUTION: A sub-woofer fixing structure of a vehicle comprises a plurality of T-shape cross-section protrusion(7) and a rail(9). The T-shape cross-section protrusion(7) is protruded and installed at a mounting surface(5) of a sub-woofer(3) to be faced and mounted at a vehicle body(1). The rail(9) is inserted at a gap between the T-shape cross-section protrusion(7) and the mounting surface(5) of the sub-woofer(3), and provided at a vehicle body(1) side in order to provide a coupling force. The rail(9) comprises a protrusion introducing portion and a coupling force providing portion. The protrusion-introducing portion is formed, so that the T-shape cross-section protrusion(7) is inserted vertically at the same time.
