PURPOSE: A piston valve of a shock absorber at a low speed is provided to simplify combing structure by changing a shape of a disk spring without a servo valve. CONSTITUTION: A piston valve for a shock absorber at a low speed comprises a piston body(13) combined to an end portion of a piston rod(2) of a piston valve(3); plural orifices(11,12) formed on the piston body; a washer(14) arranged on an upper portion of the piston body with an intake spring(15), a retainer(16) and an intake valve(17); a first disk spring(30) communicated with an extension orifice by having a circular opening unit(31); a hole(32) penetrated through a piston rod by being mounted in the middle of the first disk spring; a second disk spring(40) installed on a lower portion of the first disk spring; plural slits(41) communicating with the circular opening unit; and a third disk spring(50) having a rind.
