PURPOSE: Assembling structure of a cowl cross bar for a vehicle is provided to assemble a cowl cross bar in a front pillar inner panel firmly by guiding a pin along a guider of a lower bracket in mounting in an instrument panel, and to prevent noise and vibration by mounting a grommet in the pin. CONSTITUTION: An upper bracket(20) and a lower bracket(30) are assembled with a front pillar inner panel(10), and a pin(40) is combined with the end of a cowl cross bar(1). The cowl cross bar is combined with the front pillar inner panel with penetrating the pin through the lower bracket and the upper bracket. A guider(50) is integrally formed in the lower bracket, and the pin is moved along the guider. A grommet is formed around the pin to prevent clearance between the guider and the pin, and a crease part is formed in the grommet. The cowl cross bar is combined with the lower bracket of the front pillar inner panel with guiding the pin along the guider of the lower bracket. Vibration and noise are reduced, and displacement of the pin is prevented with forming the grommet between the guider and the pin.
