PURPOSE: A pneumatic tire is provided to prevent air leakage of a tire, and to restrict slip between a rim and a bead part by fitting the rim to the bead part evenly without modifying the shape of the tire. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic tire is composed of a tread part(1), a side wall(2) and a bead part(3). A protrusion line(4) is formed in the bead part around the tire, and air discharge grooves(5) are arranged in the protrusion line. Plural air discharge grooves are formed in the circumference of the tire. The protrusion line has the rectangular or the dovetail shaped section. The protrusion line is contacted to the upper part of a rim(6) in pressing the bead part to the inside of the rim, and air in the lower part is discharged through an air discharge groove out of the rim. The air discharge grooves are closed with contacting the protrusion line to the rim in pressing the bead part to the rim completely. Slip between the rim and the bead part is prevented, and air leakage of the tire is prevented with discharging air through the air discharge grooves.
