PURPOSE: A metal panel gripping apparatus is provided to grip a metal panel by using one jig, to reduce an occupying space of the metal panel, and to simplify the components. CONSTITUTION: A pole(42) is movably installed in a pole housing(40). The pole(42) is fixed by a magnet. The metal panel gripping apparatus(60) includes a clamp cylinder(30), the pole housing(40), the magnet, a clamp(50) and a pin cylinder(52). The clamp cylinder(30) has a rod(32). The pole housing(40) is fixedly coupled to one side of the clamp cylinder(30) and is provided at an inner portion thereof with a plurality of poles(42). The pole(42) is movably installed in an air chamber formed in the pole housing(40). A pressurized air passage is formed at inner upper and lower portions of the pole housing(40). The air chamber is communicated with the pressurized air passage. In order to move the pole(42), pressurized air is supplied into the pressurized air passage through the upper portion of the air chamber.
