O/W EMULSION COMPOSITION AND METHOD OF PREPARING THE SAME

An O/W emulsion composition containing an electrolyte, more particularly an O/W emulsion composition which has excellent emulsion stability although an electrolyte is contained therein. The O/W emulsion composition can be prepared from an electrolyte, a polyglycerol/fatty acid ester, an alkanoyllactic acid or a salt thereof, an acrylic acid/alkyl methacrylate copolymer, water, and an oil and preferably further from a polyhydric alcohol.
