PURPOSE: A device for blinking an emergency lamp by inertia of a vehicle is provided to automatically turn on or off the emergency light according to changed state of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A device for blinking an emergency lamp by inertia in a vehicle comprises an emergency lamp(4) connected to a relay(3); a lamp(2) detecting control state of the emergency lamp by being formed on a driver's seat; a switch(1) turning on the emergency lamp with the lamp; a sensing unit(5) generating an electric signal of first and second contacting points(A,B); a signal input unit(11) receiving the electric signal of a third contacting point(C); and a signal processor(12) automatically blinking the emergency lamp according to the signal of the signal input unit by being connected to the relay. Thereby, the device for blinking the emergency lamp by the inertia of the vehicle automatically turns on or off the emergency light according to changed state of the vehicle.
