PURPOSE: A suspension for preventing twist stress of a vehicle is provided to rotate an insulator combined to a shock absorber through a sphere. CONSTITUTION: A suspension for preventing twist stress in a vehicle comprises a knuckle combining a lower arm to a wheel; a shock absorber(4) combined to the knuckle through a strut; an insulator(5) fixing an upper portion of the shock absorber on a chassis; a piston rod(4a) inserted to the insulator; an upper cap(4b) placing a spring of the shock absorber; a rubber member(6) mounted on the insulator; a supporting member(7) contacting to a sphere; a ball stud(7a) protruded inserted to the piston rod; a rolling member(7c) surrounding a middle portion of the ball stud by being mounted on a case(7b); a cover(7d) supported by the upper cap; and a dust cap(8) covering a space part of the rubber member.
