PURPOSE: A roll forming apparatus is provided to prevent deterioration of roll forming quality by roll forming different two serration simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for roll forming different two serration simultaneously is comprised of forming dies having a serration gear processing part and a detail gear processing part; a driving and transmitting device part; and a position detecting sensor(30). The gear processing part is divided into a guide surface(13) having a desired angle successive to the whole circumference of cam shape, a gradual forming surface(14), a completion section surface(15), and a dice rotating stop section surface.
