PURPOSE: A fuzzy specialist system and method for managing preprocessor of needlework and selecting adhesive wick for clothes is provided to embody the best form stability property in a textile by automatically suggesting an optimum adhesive wick having an optimum process variable, a dress property after an adhesion, and a maintenance property at an on-line or an off-line using a process management specialist system at a selection of an adhesive wick in a needlework pre-processing process and an adhesive process of a clothing. CONSTITUTION: In a method for automatically preparing a process management direction using a fuzzy-specialist system having a user interface, a knowledge base, and an inference engine, physical properties of a fiber textile is received from a physical property measuring device or an input of a user(S200). A fuzziness of the inputted data is performed using a fuzzy rule of the knowledge base(S300). A related work process expression is inferred using the knowledge base and the inference engine and using inputted property data(S400). A fuzziness of the inferred work process is performed using a fuzzy rule of the knowledge base and converted into a natural language(S500). A process management direction is created by a natural language(S600).
