METHOD FOR DETERMINING FLOW OF GAS METER

PURPOSE: A method for determining flow of gas meter is provided to secure safety by overcoming problem of detection due to delay of time to detect flow. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises five steps. The first step is to generate timer interrupt in a micro computer to increase value of a memory storing number of timer interrupt and to complete interrupt process. The second step(S602) is to generate flow signal interrupt as flow detected in a flow detective part is input to the micro computer. The third step(S603,S604) is to read value of number of timer interrupt memorized in the first step and to initialize memory to 0 to calculate time gap of the next flow signal. The fourth step(S605) is to calculate current flow based on the value of number of timer interrupt read in the third step. The fifth step(S606,S607) is to compare the calculated flow with a preset value and to intercept gas, when gas is determined to be abnormally used, to complete a program module.
