CONVEYOR SYSTEM FOR MIXING OF TIRE RUBBER

PURPOSE: A conveyor system for mixing of tire rubber is provided to increase a productivity and also improve a layout of equipment while reducing a manufacturing cost by continuously conducting mixing process of rubber and compound material in several times. CONSTITUTION: The conveyor system for mixing of tire rubber comprises a mill(2) for mixing a rubber sheet(1) and compound material; a first and a second conveyor belts(5,6) which are respectively connected with the mill(2) and a drum(4) driven by a motor(3); a tension controller(7) provided in both ends of the first and the second conveyor belts for controlling the tension of the belts and; a divided conveyor belt(8) which is provided with an interval from a feeding element(6a) of the second conveyor belt(6), wherein the divided conveyor belt(8) consists of a right and a left conveyor belts that are connected with a hinge-type connecting member to form a passage of the rubber sheet(1). The divided conveyor belt(8) can be moved in right and left upon an air cylinder according to a guide bar.
