PURPOSE: A device for transmitting packet data of video information is provided to process the video information shot in each camera with a packet type Internet protocol, and to transmit the video information through an Internet network or a dedicate line simultaneously through a wireless communication network, so that a regional limit in a service area is eliminated. CONSTITUTION: A video recording server(25) outputs video information shot in cameras(10) in packet type video data. A monitor(30) searches and confirms the video information by being connected to the video recording server(25). In a data communication network, a router(60) sets a path for transmitting the video information recorded and stored in the video recording server(25) to unspecified users. A wireless communication network(80) performs packet data processing for the video information supplied through the router(60) and wirelessly transmits the processed video information through the set path. An Internet network(70) transmits the video information to a destination by being connected to the router(60). And a monitoring terminal(50) restores the packet data transmitted from the data communication network to the video information and displays the video information. .
