<p>PURPOSE: To provide a napped leather-like sheet which has such a slippery smooth surface touch as that of the suede or nubuck of natural leather, suitable stiff flexibility, an excellent hand, and a high-grade appearance, and to provide a method for producing the same. CONSTITUTION: This napped leather-like sheet which comprises an interlaced nonwoven fabric comprising superfine fibers and an elastic polymer contained in the nonwoven fabric and on whose one side or both sides the naps comprising the superfine fibers are formed, is characterized in that a silk protein-based substance and a softener are imparted to the surface portion of the napped side. A method for producing the napped leather-like sheet, comprising coating the surface of the napped leather-like sheet with a liquid containing the silk protein-based substance and the softener by a gravure printing method or a spray method.</p> |
