PURPOSE: A method for selling a building is provided to sell a building in lots at low cost by constructing a building and receiving a construction material, a design, a taxation, and a law from a member company. CONSTITUTION: An organization of a union is informed to members on the Internet(100). Members connect to the web site and apply to the union(200). The union is organized by members who have a predetermined qualification fixed by the operator of the web site, respectively(300). The union selects one out of sites recommended by the members(400). If the site is selected, the members pay the site price, and the site is bought(500). A construction company is selected for constructing a building(600). The construction company constructs a building(800). After constructing the building, the members move into the building(900). |
