PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing salt from a wiper roll of a salt bath is provided which automatically and periodically supplies a salt solution onto an edge part of the wiper roll, thereby prevents safety accidents of workers and prevents a salt lump from being stuck to a strip. CONSTITUTION: In a salt bath consisting of a tank(12) containing a salt solution, an immersion roll(14) immersing a strip into the salt solution of the tank(12) and a wiper roll(16) which is installed to wipe out the salt solution on the strip, the apparatus for removing salt from the wiper roll of the salt bath comprises a pump sucking the salt solution, and a salt solution supply means supplying the salt solution discharged from the pump onto the wiper roll(16), wherein the salt solution supply means of the salt bath comprises a frame(30), a screw shaft(32), a driving motor(34), a moving block(33), a funnel(36), a discharge pipe(37), and a supply pipe(38), and the apparatus further comprises a sensing part consisting of a frame(40), a screw shaft(42), a driving motor(44), and a sensing sensor(46).
