PURPOSE: A system for supplying an education service is provided to enable a plurality of users to receive moving picture data, basic teaching material data and a multimedia as a still image, moving picture image data, and caption data prepared by a teacher in advance according to a learning progress when the users use an education service at an on-line. CONSTITUTION: A server computer manufactures a learning program and constructs a database based on plural reference data comprising basic teaching material data, a still image, moving picture data, and caption data related to a learning progress of a specific education program being inputted by teachers and data being used in a transparent window function(S10). The server computer performs a user certification or a new member registration of learners who performed a communication connection through a communication network(S20). If the learner selects a real time education program, the server computer transmits basic teaching material data to a learner computer. Otherwise, if the learner selects a VOD, the server computer extracts a corresponding learning program and transmits the program to the learner computer(S30). The corresponding learner participates in learning by checking a symbol or a character being inputted by a teacher through a specific learning program being supplied from the server computer in accordance with data according to a learning progress(S40).
