PURPOSE: Provided are an anode active material for a lithium secondary battery, which is highly graphitized multi-walled carbon nanotube, an anode plate and a secondary battery using the anode active material. CONSTITUTION: The highly graphitized multi-walled carbon nanotube as the anode active material is produced by a process comprising the steps of: reducing a base catalyst at 400-700deg.C under the mixture gas of hydrogen and nitrogen or argon or helium, wherein the base catalyst is gamma-ferrite with an average particle size of 20-80nm and/or nickel oxides fine particles produced by a colloid dispersion; mixing a crude gas with hydrogen on the surface of the catalyst and performing a gas phase decomposition at 640-700deg.C, wherein the crude gas is carbon monoxide and/or hydrocarbon selected from the group consisting of acetylene, methane, ethylene, ethane, propylene, propane, butane, and etc. |
