SEWAGE AND WASTEWATER RECLAMATION SYSTEM USING REVERSE OSMOSIS MEMBRANE

PURPOSE: A sewage and wastewater reclamation system using reverse osmosis membrane is provided. The system is composed of multi-membrane filter, micro filter, pressure pump, and reverse osmosis filter. Organics, bacteria, odor, and color of wastewater are removed by the system. So clean recycled water is supplied to several place. CONSTITUTION: In the system, wastewater is treated by the following steps: (a) pre-treatment for removing suspended solid and micro solid by a multi-membrane filter(20) and a micro filter(50) respectively; (b) reverse osmosis for passing filtered water through a reverse osmosis filter(70) by a pressure pump(60); and generating and storage of recycled water for removing organics and ions of treated water. Hydrogen-ion concentration of discharged water from the reverse osmosis filter(70) is adjusted in a pH adjusting tank(80).
