PURPOSE: A pneumatic tire for improving the endurance of the bead is provided to reduce manufacturing process and cut down expenses by modifying a bead filler in the upper part of a bead core, and to improve endurance of the bead by minimizing stress in the end of the part. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic tire is composed of a tread part(1), a side wall(2) and a bead part(3). The bead part has plural bead cores(30,31) formed by assembling plural wires. The bead filler is installed in the upper part and the middle of plural bead cores, and bead cores are turned up by plural carcasses(5). Plural carcasses cover the outside of the bead filler by turning up bead cores. Manufacturing process is reduced with using the single bead filler. Manufacturing expenses are reduced with using plural carcasses without a bead cover and flippers. Stress in the end of the part is minimized, and the endurance of the bead part is improved with reducing parts of the bead part.
