<p>A treating agent for metal surfaces, characterized by comprising the following ingredients (A) to (D). It is tenaciously adsorbed onto a metallic base such as aluminum and gives a thin film which has excellent rust-preventive properties and is excellent in adhesion to coating materials and in flexibility. 5 to 15 parts by weight of at least one organosilicon compound having three carbonyl groups and an alkoxysilyl group, 10 to 30 parts by weight of at least one epoxy resin modified with an alkanolamine, 50 to 70 parts by weight of at least one blocked polyisocyanate, and 5 to 15 parts by weight of at least one amino resin, per 100 parts by weight of the sum of the ingredients (A) to (D).</p> |
