The invention concerns a bone recuperating drilling device (A) comprising a trephine (1) in the form of a tube designed to be driven in rotation, open at both ends and provided with teeth (2A) on the periphery of its front opening (2). The invention is characterised in that the trephine is internally equipped with a bone crushing blade which comprises one end (10) provided with cutting edges (11, 12) extending substantially in the plane of the trephine front opening.
