The invention relates to an installation for sandblasting and polishing pipes internally, meant for the internal machining of various hollow parts. According to the invention, the installation is provided with some bearing pulleys (17) engaging a semifinished pipe (16) into a rotation motion, some abrasive granules (2) placed in a storage hopper (1) connected to a conveying ejector (5) passing through a mobile pipe (10) driven by a boring bar (11) to a centrifugal thrower (A) for the internal sandblasting of pipes (16). In order to perform the internal polishing, the mobile pipe (10) is provided with a polishing head (B). The pipe (10) is driven by an electric motor (21) by means of some belt pulleys (18 and 20) and of a drive belt (19).
