PURPOSE: Double rail structure of a side sliding door in a vehicle is provided to improve appearance of the vehicle by preventing a guide rail from being exposed. CONSTITUTION: Double rail structure of a side sliding door for a vehicle comprises upper and lower guide rails fixed on a chassis(2) of a side sliding door(1); a second guide rail(5) contacted to a first guide rail; first and second guide rollers(6,7) formed between the first guide rail and the second guide rail by supports(8a,8b). The first guide roller is moved along the first guider rail while opening the side sliding door. The second guide roller is slidingly moved along the second guide rail in opening the side sliding door. Thereby, the double rail structure of the side sliding door for the vehicle to improves appearance of the vehicle by preventing a guide rail from being exposed.
