The runner (3) is prepared separately and is solidly fixed under the keel (2) of the catamaran hull (1) by simple screwing. The runner is wider than the lower base (4) of the keel and its upper surface comprises a central part which fits the shape of the base and has longitudinal projecting edges (5).
