Process for determining the surface rheological, viscoelastic and liquid dynamic properties of an aerosol-containing gaseous carrier medium comprises measuring the relative changes of the surface size of the bubbles produced in a testing fluid and the change of inner pressure of the bubbles; and calculating the surface elasticity of the liquid from the results. An Independent claim is also included for a device for carrying out the process.
