The wetting device for especially cereal and its ground products has two accelerating rotors (3,3') enclosed partially or on one side in a wetting chamber (2). The wetting chamber has a triangular shape and a rotor is located in the region of two focal points which are parallel to one another in the vertical direction. The wetting chamber has a hinged and tightly closing flap (40).
