Nozzle unit (10) and cover (12) are connected via a device (14), which permits movement of the cover relative to the nozzle with two different degrees of freedom. The cover is a cap to close an opening in a bumper. The connection is flexible and formed by being plugged together. The nozzle unit is carried on a telescopic device, and when it is extracted, the cover is subjected to a tension force. The telescopic device is moved out by fluid pressure, and retracted by a spring.
