The centering piece comprises a male part which engages in a female part (4) comprising a housing formed by an inner casing (13) doubling an outer rigid casing (11,12). A resilient stop (14) is interposed between the two casings. The outer casing is in the shape of a wedge and the inner casing is made of a material ensuring good sliding.
