Cardboard support strip (1) for a mobile telephone in A4 format and comprises at least three foldable parts (2,3,4) in its width and a central part (2) with side strips (3,4) connected to it on opposite sides. An end part (8) of a foldable side strip (4) can be inserted through an aperture (7) of the other side strip (3). The main support strip can thus be formed into an upright support stand, whereby the middle part forms a support foot for a mobile telephone or radio.
