A list of domain names for permitted access is updated automatically at regular time gaps. Domain names in the list are allocated to specific categories like art, culture, business, entertainment, tourism and banking. Selecting a desired category selects domain addresses with permitted access. If an address of a desired Internet page is not stored in the list, one for which access is refused, then a program module is available for sending to a server a wish to put the address with access denied into the list.
