PURPOSE: A device for conveying a car seat to reduce wear and vibration is provided to provide a user with comfort by preventing occurrence of wear and vibration of a ball inserted into a conveying rail and a fixed rail. CONSTITUTION: A device for conveying a car seat to reduce wear and vibration includes a fixed rail(10), a conveying rail(20) and a conveying part(30) located between the fixed rail and the conveying rail. The fixed rail has a fixed fragment(11) contacted with the bottom surface of a car body, a vertical fragment(12) vertically bent upwardly, a horizontal fragment(13) to secure a space for receiving the conveying rail, and a finishing fragment(14) bent perpendicularly at a front end of the horizontal fragment. The conveying rail has a seat fastening part(21), an inner wall and a finishing fragment formed to be located inside the finishing fragment of the fixed rail. The conveying part has a roller hole(31-2) for inserting a roller(33) located between the fixed fragment and the finishing fragment of the conveying rail, vertical fragments(31-5) bent upwardly at both sides of the bottom surface, a finishing roll formed at an end of an upper end of the vertical fragments, a ball hole(31-1) for inserting a ball(32) rotatably inserted between the vertical fragment and the horizontal fragment of the fixed rail.
